What have I been working on this week?
This is a new series I’ve decided to start, something a bit more informal and relaxed. But a good way to document what I am working on and thinking about.

January has been off to a good start.
The beginning of the year is always a good time to refresh your brand assets and improve ways of doing things.
I have been building and using a new dashboard on Notion to manage my business and projects. It is not always easy maintaining it, but it is proving to be a good organisational tool so far.

Tweaking Positioning & Updating my Brands
I have also been refreshing my positioning across my brands, and updating my websites. After realising that my favourite clients to work with are experienced business people, I am tweaking my messaging to reflect that. This will probably get more refined as I dig in more.
My studio visual identity has evolved over time, with more elements added and refined. I have noticed that the best results emerge when I can work on a brand over time, improving and updating its look and content. This is how my service package page has evolved over time. I really like the frosted glass effect the menu has on desktop

I'm also repositioning this site as a repository for my creative ideas and less of a personal development blog. I'm also constantly revising this website design.

Making content
I am back on my content grind again. It is always hard trying to produce and publish content and do actual client work, but I am hoping to get better at it. The idea is to build systems and make it easier to make and publish content.

Client work
I’m busy finalising the brand design and website for a surgeon client, full case study to come out soon. I’ve also been working on the brand for a tech company, and designing the offices for an education company.

If you would like to work with me, you can start your project on my studio site here.

Things I’m finding interesting
JJK’s season 3 is a beautiful work of art. The animation and visual look is on another level. Even the way the story is told feels different somehow.

Key Idea I learned
A lot of ideas actually. But probably the one that stuck the most was the idea of having never really tried.
